This traditional British heritage potato dates back to 1902 and is a firm favourite in domestic and commercial kitchens alike. With a cream and pink parti-coloured skin encasing a light cream flesh this variety has a fluffy texture making it perfect for roastingbakingwedging and mashing. As with other floury varieties be careful when boiling as they will break up easily.
